Kaity and Brady were amazing landlords. Move in and move out process was straight forward no extra/ hidden fees. They were professional and prompt with any maintenance issues. Never dropped by unannounced, always communicated with notice/ worked with my schedule when needed to do maintenance to keep up with the house. As landlords Kaity and Brady went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and safe as a tenant. I would highly recommend Cork Valley properties.
