Located in the South Hills, Brentwood is a great community not too far from the city. We hold a majority of our rental properties in Brentwood and love this community. 1. Location, Location, Location
If you are looking for a home where you can experience suburban life, but are still a quick drive from Downtown Pittsburgh, Brentwood is the place to be! Just 7 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh and 5 miles from the SouthSide, Brentwood allows its residents to have the best of both worlds to reside outside of the city, but not be too far to experience the city.
2. Walkability
Another one of Brentwood’s highlights are its sidewalks. The entire borough is lined with sidewalks to allow for safe walking. This even includes the Brentwood’s ‘main street’, Brownsville Rd! Residents can walk to restaurants, shops, and to friends and family with confidence.
3. Strong Community
Brentwood Borough is always organizing fun community events! Take a drive down Brownsville Rd and you will most always find a banner for the next outdoor event. Most recently, Brentwood hosted a Food Truck Round Up with five food trucks at the park last weekend.
