Welcome to our blog here at Cork Valley Properties! We have had some new faces on here and our social media accounts, so I thought I’d use today’s blog to introduce our business and family!
What We Do
Welcome to our page! At Cork Valley Properties, we are a real estate investment and property management company. Our investment division buys houses in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA in CASH! We work with sellers who are looking to sell their home quickly and efficiently. We place focus on helping homeowners find solutions for their problem whether they are going through a foreclosure, can’t sell a property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons. During a transaction, Cork Valley Properties will cover all closing costs and any borough requirements. We do all of the heavy lifting so that the process is easy for the sellers. The other division of Cork Valley Properties is our property management division. Many of the homes that we buy in CASH are held as rental properties. We pride ourselves in being great property managers for our tenants and providing them with quality, beautiful homes. Our goal as property managers is for our tenants to make each property a home! Who We Are
We are Brady and Kaity Alford, the owners of Cork Valley Properties. Our #1 employee, Henry, is our almost 2 year old son. You may recognize him from our previous blog posts talking about some of our favorite things to do around Pittsburgh!
We are so proud of our business that we have started for our family. We get to share our family values with the South Hills of Pittsburgh and the Real Estate community. We are both graduates of The Pennsylvania State University (WE ARE!) and love to spend time with friends and family. Along with owning Cork Valley Properties, Kaity is a Real Estate Agent with Deacon Hoover Real Estate Advisors in Carnegie, PA and Brady is a Civil Engineer. We have had a passion for real estate ever since purchasing our first home and have had a dream of building our own business since we were new graduates. Every day is a new adventure, but we wouldn’t have it any other way!
